Delivery service
Products are delivered by FAN Courier, our logistics partner.
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on the destination in Romania.
Delivery costs
- We do not offer free delivery.
- For orders below this amount, the delivery cost is 6 EURO.
Delivery area
We deliver products throughout Romania.
For locations outside FAN Courier’s coverage area, there may be additional charges for outside kilometers.
Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including order details and estimated delivery time.
Delivery conditions
- Products will be delivered to the address specified when placing the order.
- If the recipient cannot be found at the address indicated, the courier will attempt delivery twice more.
If delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our office and the order will be canceled.
Checking your parcel on delivery
We recommend that you check the parcel upon receipt.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or shortages, it is important that you make a report with your FAN Courier representative and contact us immediately.
Delivery delays
In exceptional cases (extreme weather conditions, busy periods, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
We will do our best to inform you of any delays.
