Right of return
According to GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to return products purchased online, without specifying a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Conditions for returning products
For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no signs of excessive use, scratches, dents or damage.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (if possible), together with all accessories, manuals and accompanying documents.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Exceptions to the right of return
Under current legislation, certain products cannot be returned, such as:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection if they have been unsealed (e.g. cosmetics).
- Products that can deteriorate quickly (e.g. food).
- Customized products to customer specifications.
Return procedure

- Product shipment: Products must be shipped by courier service to our address: Bucharest, Sector 2, Bulevardul Ferdinand I Nr. 70 company S.C. UKR OIL GROUP S.R.L. The return transportation costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered wrongly or is defective.
- Refund: The value of the product will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt of the return. Reimbursement is made by the same payment method used at purchase:
- Payments made through Stripe or ING will be refunded directly into the bank account used for the purchase.
Faulty or wrongly delivered products
If you have received a faulty or wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will bear all return shipping costs and will replace the product or refund the value of the product, according to your preference.
